My app is not working

As of now, Activation code is not needed or used. Please refer to "I have no TV channels" for more info.
Please switch your TV's player to Safe Mode.
To do this - start the app
As soon as you see Loading Portal message click on OK/Center key on the Remote
Go to Settings > Advanced > Player Mode and switch it to Safe Mode
Please use the TTX/Mix or Minus ("-" below number 7) keys, during watching live TV in Full screen, depending on your remote.For LG and VEWD please press the settings key and then go to Picture aspect ratio. For Smart Remotes, Magic Remote hover around and click on Live TV Menu.
Please use the Tools and/or Guide/Text keys, during watching live TV in Full screen, depending on your remote. For Smart Remotes, Magic Remote hover around and click on TV Tools menu.
EPG support, like other functions is responsobility of the IPTV Provider.
We don't know and have no way of knowing why EPG doesn't show up on some or all channels.
Please check with your IPTV Provider for help
Please note that m3u playlist functionality is very limited.
If your link looks like http://portal.tld:1234/get.php?username=....
Then please change it to look like http://portal.tld:1234/c/
Basically, replace /get.php?... with /c/ and give a picture of the STB Blocked screen to your Provider, so they can activate your TV on their server. Refer to "STB Blocked" messages above.
The app does NOT come with any TV service. You need to configure the app with IPTV service. If you had TV service, and you are now back to Demo - click here for help.
We do not do any blocks. App connects directly to the IPTV Provider you have put in Portal. Best solution is to take a picture of that screen and contact your IPTV Provider for help. More info on why you got STB Blocked message - here.
If you get username and password prompt on your TV in the app after Loading Portal,Then ask your Provider for the access details or better yet give them your Virtual MAC. Some Providers have username and password system instead of Virtual MAC - We have no control over this Again ask your Provider for username and password. Same goes for password for adult channels, where applicble - it is also set by Provider, not by the app.
Please ask your Provider for the password or PIN code to access adult channels or other restricted content. We have no way of knowing this password in any way - please do not ask us for it.
App does not come with any TV service. You need an IPTV Provider who will give you TV service. If you have an IPTV Provider - Click here for instructions how to change the Portal.
