We want to provide you with adequeate support for actual problems with the app. Before you open a ticket, please make sure you did check the FAQ, did an cache clear (uninstall app, unlug TV and Router/modem from Power for 5 minutes, then reinstall), and did check if the problem persists in the Demo (Embedded) Portal.
Please explain your problem clearly and with as much details as possible (best with pictures or video clearly displaying the problem).
If submitting App-related problem, please include AND select your app's Software ID, otherwise ticket will be closed.
We will close tickets with incomplete information and ban users from support section that post many fake or incomplete tickets.
